A handgrip that can be adjusted from 8 to 40 kg using its indicator.
The ergonomic handles ensure better control while exercising.
Description
It is possible, and perfectly normal, that your handgrip starts to squeak after being used a lot. Newer versions of the product should not do this, but if you bought yours before 2023, it may happen. All you need to do is apply some WD40 and that should solve the problem!
It is important to warm up and increase the load gradually. Contrary to popular belief, holding the handgrip in the closed position works best, rather than doing a large number of repetitions.
To offer a hand grip that is durable and easy to adjust, we have opted for a compression spring that is stronger than a conventional spring: in traction. How do you adjust the handgrip? - Spread the handles and push the green slider up or down to increase or decrease the resistance. - With textured polyamide handles to ensure a good grip for the hands.
The product is sold individually. Suitable for right- and left-handed people. Dimensions in the uncompressed position: - 17.5 cm height - 10 cm wide - 3 cm long It can be adjusted from 8 kg to 40 kg of resistance thanks to its indicator which can be positioned on 8, 16, 24, 32 or 40 kg.
- This handgrip is ideal for preventing musculoskeletal disorders due to repetitive movements, tendonitis, etc. - This hand grip is recommended for hand, wrist and forearm rehabilitation. - A good grip is essential for sports such as climbing, weight training, cycling, tennis etc. but also for everyday life, to get a good hold on things. It's the perfect everyday accessory, whether it be at home, at the office or on travels.
