The Fitness 900 mat measures: 170 cm x 58 cm x 10 mm
This is what you worry about when you use your floor mat during your fitness sessions: slipping during a movement. Don't worry, our fitness mat is ultra-slip-resistant. A film under the mat prevents the mat from slipping on the floor, so you can work out in complete safety. What's more, a polyurethane film applied to the top of the mat ensures extreme grip. Even with sweaty hands, you can go through the motions without slipping.
Although our mat has been designed for fitness, it can also be used for a wide range of other activities in the gym or at home, such as yoga, Pilates, stretching and weight training. And if you're looking for inspiration for your workouts, you can scan the QR code on the mat pack. It will give you access to 5 coaching videos prepared especially for you.
The strength of this mat lies in its grippy surface layer. But over time, dust, creams and perspiration can damage it.That's why it's important to clean your fitness mat regularly. Nothing could be simpler than cleaning your fitness mat.Simply wash it in slightly soapy water with a soft cloth. Remember to dry it well after using it or cleaning with water, so that it doesn't get folded while still damp.
When it comes to fitness, a floor mat is really useful. Many exercises are done on the ground and using a mat means you can work out in complete safety and look after your joints as well as your whole body. A mat also insulates you from cold floors and absorbs perspiration during intense exercise. The 900 Fitness mat has a thickness of 10 mm for optimum protection and extra comfort while you work out.
