Our dips kit is very easy to install. - Be sure to follow the Right and Left markings - Put the stem into the hole that corresponds to the height you need on each side - It's all ready! Once installed, the handles won't move.

If you're just beginning, you can lighten your load using an elastic band and increase its resistance gradually as you improve. - 45 kg Elastic (ref: 8484822) If body weight work is already too easy for you, you can add weight using our gilets or with a weighted belt. - 6-10 kg Gilet (ref: 8734579) - 0-5 kg Gilet (ref: 8736051) - Weighted belt (ref:8667146) - 0.5-20 kg cast iron weights to put on the belt (ref: 1042303)
Depending on your level, you can do your dips in 3 different ways: - Beginner: remove weight with an elastic band (base resistance on your level) and do 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps - Intermediate: do your dips with body weight: 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps - Advanced: add weight, and increase your load gradually Keep improving by adding 1 rep or a bit of weight each week.
