Description
A team of passionate individuals dedicated to our futsal products is based at Kipstadium, a site in Northern France with a variety of courts. These Decathlon men and women design and create products and services exclusively for this sport. We are constantly looking for ways to improve comfort and safety for players to Futsal.
Between 55 and 65 cm with a maximum difference of 10 cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 meters in height.
Between 410 and 430 g.
Between 62.5 and 63.5 cm.
By observing the players from our technical partner Squadra Mouscron (D1 Belgian futsal), our design team created this hand sewn futsal ball. It is hand sewn because we designed the ball for robustness and precision during play.
15% in 72 hours
Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.
Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%. We measure the football's sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences. When the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA Quality PRO Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure consistent rebound.
The ball resists up to 5000 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km / h at a distance of 2.5 m. Circumference increases by a maximum of 1 cm. 1.5% variation in sphericity and maximum 10% change in pressure.
