What cities does Decathlon Saudi Arabia ship to ?

Currently, Decathlon Saudi Arabia delivers to all Saudi Arabia.

What are Home Delivery fees?

The delivery fees varies according to the parcel's weight and the customer's basket size.

The cost of the standard delivery depends on the weight of your order and the carrier used. The delivery price will be indicated on the shipping page.

The fees will be calculated as per the below:

How to return in-store purchases?
Items purchased at Decathlon online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon store in the KSA.
Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned by courier and will only be refunded to you in the same method used for the purchase
You have the right to exchange a product at Decathlon stores up to 30 days whether you’ve bought it at full price or at discounted price.
You have the right to return unwanted goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

How to return online purchases?
Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon store in the KSA. You can contact supportksa@decathlon.com to schedule the return.


You have the right to exchange a product at Decathlon stores up to 30 days whether you’ve bought it at full price or at discounted price.
You have the right to return unwanted goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.


While returning the products, please make sure to return them in the same condition as it was purchased (including manuals, accessories and packaging).

Conditions
The shipping cost of returning any product through home return, will be at your expense, unless the return reason is because of faulty items or wrong item delivery then it is subject to the conditions listed in the following section.
The cost of returning an unwanted replacement product proposed by us due to the unavailability of the product you’ve initially ordered is free of charge.
Any return or exchange, either at store or to be home collected, should always include the order printed receipt.

Non-Refundable and exchangeable Items

Underwear, Swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, for consumer health and protection.

What if there is a manufacturing defect with the product?
In the rare occasion, if you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don't worry! Decathlon passion brand products come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years.
We will pay for the cost of return.

How to return faulty goods?
You have the option to return the faulty items to one of our stores, where Decathlon team members can have a look at them and investigate the fault.
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service teamsupportksa@decathlon.com to arrange a refund or your order.
Decathlon cannot organize a return if products have been damaged on purpose or used outside of their means.
If the item is no longer under warranty, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund a faulty item. You can find warranty information of each product page on our website . 

The product is not a Decathlon passion brand product – what is the guarantee?
Other branded products are guaranteed by Decathlon for 1 year unless specified on the product.

When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 business days from the date the products are received in our warehouse.

 

How long does it take until I get my order delivered? 

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within one day. It takes 1-4 days for deliveries in the main cities. For other cities, depending on your location, it may take 1-7 working days until you receive your shipment; In rare cases delivery might delay up to 14 wokring days.

Orders placed during last week of Ramadan are subject to be delivered after Eid Holidays.

 

For any inquiry, kindly contact our customer service team. Please note that in this case you may be asked to provide proof of shipment (e.g. receipt or tracking code given to you by the delivery company when shipping the items), so that we can investigate the cause of the delay.
